The Service Order contains the information needed to resolve a particular claim and manage expenses incurred during fulfillment.

Once a customer's claim is filed and approved, a service order will automatically be created in the Extend system. If you are the assigned servicer, you can use the Service Orders API to:

  • Find service orders with a unique claim ID
  • Get a service order's details
  • Update and resolve a service order
  • Add expenses and request payment for service order expenses from Extend
