- Listed BigCommerce app is installed
- Shipping Protection has been approved and enabled for the store
If you haven't already please reach out to our team via the email [email protected] to request to have shipping Protection enabled for your account and within this request you will want to choose which customer experience you want to provide, either OPT IN or OPT OUT.
