Getting Started on Shipping Protection Magento 2

We’re excited to expand our work together and offer shipping protection to your customers! This guide will walk you through the process of getting live with Shipping Protection by Extend as quickly and easily as possible. Read on to learn more!

Checklist

Connected with your Extend representative to enable Shipping Protection for your store
Have existing shippable product in your store
Integrate the Shipping Offer module
Activate Integration
Test and Go Live!

Pre-requisites

Server running Magento 2.4.2 and PHP 7.4 or higher
Composer installed (Composer 1 for 2.4.3 or less, Composer 2 for 2.4.4 or greater)
No previous version of the Extend Shipping Protection integration installed
You have an Extend Merchant Portal Account created

If you haven't used our Product Protection offering or reached out to our team at the least, please fill out the intake form here, [Demo Request](), to request to have shipping Protection enabled for your account. We will followup within 1-2 days and will want you to choose which customer experience you want to provide, either OPT IN or OPT OUT.
