NOTE: This guide is for setup of Shipping Protection without utilizing Product Protection
Shipping Protection by Extend provides coverage for physical items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
For just 2%-3% of the cart total, your customers can easily add shipping protection to their order and make sure they’re covered if their package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. When your customers have a shipping issue, they come to our digital claims portal, Kaley, to instantly redeem a replacement product. Our goal is to provide a one-stop shop whether customers have a shipping issue or a product issue. Rather than you as the merchants paying for these replacements yourselves, Extend will purchase a new product for the customer and pay the merchant the total retail price…turning what has previously been a cost center into a revenue driver.
