In order for Extend to be able to do upgrades to the Extend app and troubleshoot any issues your store may encounter, please ensure the Extend Integrations user ([email protected]) has all the needed permissions. The video below will walk you through the steps to ensure the proper permissions are set:
If the Extend Integrations user isn't currently included as a Collaborator in your store, please create a support request here and we can send a collaboration access request. Once we have requested Collaborator access, you will find that request in the Settings > Users and Permissions > Collaborators section of the Admin backend.
When following these steps, you will provide access to the following settings in your store:
- View Products
- Manage Settings
Apps and Channels
- Manage and Install Apps
Once our Extend Integrations user has these permissions, we will be able to do Extend app upgrades and troubleshooting whenever these are needed.
