While the process with the In-Store app is now complete, the entire process is not yet complete, as no contract has been created. On some regular basis (daily, weekly, bi-weekly, etc.), the store will send Extend its sales data, at which point it will be merged with the quote data you have collected, and turned into contracts; the records that actually provide the coverage that has been purchased. The frequency of these syncs will vary depending on a few factors, and it is important to understand what your store is using to educate customers. While they may have paid money for the warranty today, the contract that provides their coverage might not get created for another two weeks.
